We use soft, high-quality blanks from trusted brands. Brands may vary based on color and availability, but often include favorites like Bella + Canvas, Comfort Colors, Gildan, or similar quality options.
Sizing
Most of our tees and sweatshirts are unisex fit and generally true to size.
- For a more fitted look: size down
- For an oversized comfy look: size up

Care Instructions
To keep your item looking its best:
- Turn inside out before washing
- Wash cold
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the design

We do our best to match colors as closely as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the printing process.
Do you offer rhinestone or spangle designs?

Can I make changes after ordering?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Once it’s in production, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes! We offer bulk orders for 10+ items for teams, schools, businesses, and events.
How do bulk orders work?
Bulk orders start with a message to us! Once you reach out, we will:
- Confirm item type, sizes, colors, and quantity
- Review your design (or help you create one)
- Send a mockup + pricing quote for approval
Once approved, we’ll get it into production and keep you updated.
How long do bulk orders take?
Bulk turnaround time is typically 7–14 business days after design approval (depending on quantity and design details).
Do you support school teams or fundraising?
Yes! We love supporting our community. For every item sold, we give back $2 to the sport/team we are selling for.
How do I make sure proceeds go to my school/team?
Use your team’s checkout code at checkout so we know where to apply the proceeds.
Payouts are tracked and donated monthly.
Need a code? Message us and we’ll set one up for your organization!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on your order total:
- Orders under $40: $6.95
- Orders $40–$98.99: $9.95
- Orders $99+: FREE shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Custom items are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, plus 2–5 business days for shipping after your order ships.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available. We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange pickup details.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are custom-made, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your size, color, and order details before purchasing.
