Refund policy

At Dapper Rebel, we take pride in offering unique, personalized products tailored to our customers' specifications. Due to the custom nature of these items, we have a specific return policy in place to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.


No Returns or Exchanges:  Due to the personalized nature of our custom items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is uniquely made according to your specifications, and therefore, cannot be restocked or resold.


Cancellation Policy:  Orders for custom items can only be canceled within [24/48] hours of purchase. This allows us to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and that work on your custom item has not proceeded to a stage where the order cannot be altered.


Damaged or Defective Items:  While we do not accept returns or exchanges, if your custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We require photographic evidence of the damage or defect and will assess each case individually. Based on our evaluation, we may offer a replacement or repair of the damaged or defective item at our discretion.


Quality Guarantee:  We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If there is an issue with the quality of the workmanship or if the product does not meet the specifications provided at the time of order, please contact us immediately. We will review your claim, and at our discretion, we may offer to correct the issue.
